Nikki Ramirez-Smith

Nikki Ramirez-Smith is the founder of Ramirez-Smith Law. Nikki was born in Canada and immigrated to the United States as a teenager. As an immigrant herself, she genuinely understands the unique situations faced by immigrants. As an incredibly versatile and prolific legal representative, Nikki assists her clients with civil litigation in both state and federal court, family law matters, and immigration cases. She tailors her practice to the specifics of each case, providing the personalized attention her clients need. Her attention to detail, no-nonsense approach, and dedication, along with a proven track record of success, has resulted in an impressive reputation throughout the Treasure Valley and the greater Northwest. Nikki has participated in Appeals, Habeus Petitions, Writs of Mandamus, Hague Convention litigation, 1983 Civil Rights Claims, and has litigated Prisoners’ Rights. She believes that everyone deserves to be treated humanely; that everyone deserves justice, and she is not afraid to fight a case until a fair result is achieved. Nikki’s passion, fearlessness, and dedication has led to multiple awards, and national recognition. In her free time Nikki loves to go horseback riding, jetskiing, and travel with her family. She especially enjoys road tripping through the mountains and discovering hot springs.
